Visits, dates
& bookings
Can I organise a private viewing?
Yes—we highly recommend it. Private viewings are available Tuesday to Saturday by appointment. Use our enquiry form to arrange a suitable time.
Is my preferred date available?
Send your preferred date and package through our enquiry form and we’ll confirm availability. Bookings are accepted up to 18 months in advance.
Does the deposit come off the total price?
Yes. The initial booking deposit is applied toward the total cost of your wedding. Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable.
What are the minimum and maximum guest numbers?
Ceremony Only has no minimum and a maximum of 90 guests. Cocktail weddings require 20–80 guests. Full Receptions require 40–80 guests.

The Chapel
What does the menu look like?
The Full Reception includes a three-course plated meal. The Cocktail Package includes four cocktail items. View the sample menu; selections are subject to change.
Do you offer menu tastings?
Full wedding-menu tastings are not offered, but our experienced chefs will work to provide a delicious dining experience and cater for advised dietary needs.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
No. The Chapel is fully licensed, and all alcohol must be purchased through the venue and consumed within the licensed areas. BYO alcohol is not permitted.
Can we provide our own catering?
No. The Chapel operates a fully licensed commercial kitchen, so external catering is not permitted.
What are the venue closing times?
Cocktail Packages finish at 9pm. Full Reception Packages finish at 10pm.

Is accommodation available onsite?
There is no onsite accommodation, though there are many excellent options throughout Montville, Maleny and Mapleton, generally within a 5–10 minute drive.
Do you have recommended suppliers?

Is there a Chapel-hire discount with a Full Reception?
No. Chapel hire is priced separately and is not discounted when booking a Full Reception.
Are dogs and other pets allowed?
Pets are welcome at the ceremony and for photos, provided they remain leashed and supervised at all times. Please let our team know in advance so we can help plan their time onsite.
Can we use confetti?
Real petals, dried petals or biodegradable confetti may be used outside the Chapel after the brand has been approved by our team. Confetti is not permitted inside the Chapel.
