Wedding Questionnaire
How and when did the two of you first meet?
We met in High School while planning a school camp.
How did you get engaged? Tell us the story…
Tim popped the questions in the front yard of our first family home. I thought we were getting some family photos taken with our Fur baby Kyda however Tim was planning to propose all along. He held the ring above my head through all the photos until he got down on one knee.
What were the highlights of your day?
Marrying my best friend.
Why did you choose The Chapel Montville to host your wedding?
We loved The Chapel itself since we first laid eyes on it. We loved the sandstone, the wooden door and pews and all the quirky little features – whales tale alter, the owls and frogs on the seats, the tree detail on the roof. The Juliette balcony. We were sold.
Describe the theme/decorations for the day and the inspiration behind it.
The theme was Rustic Australian Native – I (Tamika) just love native flowers.
What do you think made your wedding day unique?
Our alternating vows in the ceremony, the ice cream cart and caricaturist.
Any advice or words of wisdom to offer other couples?
Don’t sweat the small stuff! No one will remember anyway!
Did you enjoy a honeymoon? If so, tell us about where you went & why…
Loved our honeymoon. Full of adventure – Cave exploring, jet skis, snorkeling, 4WDing. We went to the Shangri La in Fiji. My mum and dad also honeymoon in Fiji.
